Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid course enrolments invoiced by Cloudworksys Digital. Informational pricing on this site does not create a purchase until an invoice is accepted.

Timeframe

Request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than two lab modules and have not attended a live clinic. After that window, partial refunds may be considered case by case.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds return 100% of course fees paid for the affected seats. Partial refunds (typically up to 50%) may apply when a learner withdraws for documented medical or relocation reasons after the 14-day window but before the midpoint of the cohort.

Non-refundable items

Custom scenario development fees, completed one-to-one coaching hours, and third-party examination vouchers (if any) are non-refundable once work has started or vouchers have been issued.

Refund process

Email contact@cloudworksys.digital with your invoice number, learner names, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five Hong Kong business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 Hong Kong business days. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by us

If Cloudworksys Digital cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Chargebacks opened without contacting us first may pause access while we investigate. Force majeure events that postpone a cohort do not automatically trigger refunds if a reasonable reschedule is offered.
